HP 27 inch All-in-One Desktop AI PC 27-cr2000i IDS Base Model

Received a new AIO i ordered with home office 2024 installed. Long story short, it is not installed and i need the activation code or support to get it installed. I have been in contact via chat, live agent, messenger and email for the last week since i received the AIO. How do i actually get support???? I am at the point where i am going to dispute the entire purchase with my cc company until it gets resolved. This is actually not what id like to do- just want what i paid for. Any thoughts?

As far as I know all Windows PCs come with a free copy of office, good for 30 days.

Do you have a link for the item you purchased that confirms the office subscription?  Micro$oft does not sell Office 365 except under subscription.

The new software ( Microsoft Office Home 2024) is literally not installed on the computer. It is not a trial- i purchased it when i ordered the new AIO. If i had the activation code i could most likely download it and install that way. So far, i cant even get that. this is not for 365. Thank you so much for the reply!

Office 2016, 2019 and I assume 2024 are a one time purchase usually sold by 3rd party.   Frequently on Facebook.  I myself have bought win11 and other products from Facebook with no problems activating.

I was wondering if you had a link to where you  bought the PC that had 2024

i should have initially indicated that I purchased the AIO and installed software ( which wasn't installed) directly from HP online. There was no 3rd party involved unless HP did that.
