Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb3000 (A8RU2AV)

Hey everyone,

I recently bought an HP Victus laptop, which came with a 1-year free subscription to Microsoft 365. However, I'm having trouble redeeming the benefit—it doesn't seem to activate or show up properly. Has anyone else faced this issue or know how to resolve it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

To resolve the issue of redeeming the 1-year free subscription to Microsoft 365 that comes with your HP Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb3000 (A8RU2AV), you can follow these general steps. 

Microsoft Account: Make sure you are signed in with the Microsoft account that you want to associate with the subscription. You can create a new account or use an existing one.

HP Support Assistant: You can use the HP Support Assistant installed on your laptop to check for any bundled software details or benefits that might need activation.

Redeem via Office App: Open any Office application on your laptop, such as Word or Excel. You might be prompted to activate your subscription there.

Subscription Management: Visit the Microsoft 365 subscription page (account.microsoft.com/services) to see if your subscription has been added or if any action is required to activate it.
