HP ProDesk 600G6 MT i5-10500 16GB
Microsoft Windows 11

I've purchased 4 used and  supposedly identical "HP ProDesk 600 G6 Tower" PCs.

CPU: i5-10500

BIOS: upgraded to latest version ( S02 Ver. 02.25.00 01/08/2026 )

All system diagnostics passed

The only difference that sticks out to me is the manufacturing date of the systems.

On one of them I see and can activate "TXT". It's simply not there on the 3 other ones. I used the "good" one to clone the BIOS config to the others. Comparing "HpSetup.txt" from "good" to "bad" reveals this:

Trusted Execution Technology (TXT)
Disable
*Enable

Is only present on one system, the others simply don't have it. Virtualization (VTd / VTx) is enabled on all of them, as well as TPM and so forth. W11 (24H2) is happiliy running on all of them.

Yes, I did try a BIOS factory reset.

One of them really must be different. It's serial number starts with "CZ", while the 3 others start with "MX"

I'm at a loss what might be causing this issue.
