Hello,

For the last two months every IT Tech in my organization has been unable to use the chat in feature to talk to HP Support. It always displays "Service unavailable". We have tried off our domain, multiple internet browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and different user accounts. 

Luckily we can call in and still chat in through our Android mobile devices but still this is extremely inconvenient. Does anyone have any solutions or know if this is an on-going problem?
