I have HP product: 00342-21005-63967-AAOEM. Can I Upgrade from 8 GB RAM to 16 GB RAM

That is not the model number of your notebook.

 

That is the generic Windows product number.

 

You can find your PC's product number by clicking on the search icon on your Windows taskbar.

 

Type: System Information

 

The System information app should show up.

 

Run the app and the product number of your PC will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.
