Hey @Shane1012,

Thank you for your response

Before we proceed with helping you, can you clarify what you're asking for specifically? For example:

Are you asking how to remove the virus manually or with tools?

Do you want help with disabling the write protection?

Are you asking for steps to re-enable Windows Defender?

Could you please clarify exactly what you're asking for, so I can assist you more effectively?

Regards,

Hey @Shane1012

Thanks for reaching out! If you are still facing the issue and feel that there is still virus installed, I suggest contacting our phone/chat support team for personalized assistance. They can provide one-on-one help and may even be able to work their remote assistance magic to fix the problem.

Note: There might be a nominal charge for the service they provide.
