It doesn’t let me delete it when I go to terminal it says media is write protected and windows defender service is disabled it is a startup program but it doesn’t let me delete it

Thanks for reaching out! If you are still facing the issue and feel that there is still virus installed, I suggest contacting our phone/chat support team for personalized assistance. They can provide one-on-one help and may even be able to work their remote assistance magic to fix the problem.
