Warranty Check not working the way AI say it should.

My new laptop arrived today., after the install finished I checked My warranty status in HP Support Assistant.

I found that the warranty had already started on the 08/09/2025 and is to end on the  07/10/2026.

As I only  bought yesterday online for Currys 19/02/2026 there is only 5 months and 15 days warranty left. (and as there is only 1 charge cycle on the battery that I put on it today)

I would like to Dispute a warranty status. The website and AL keep running me around in circles getting no wear.

Can't get to the form to raise a dispute, Help!

Directly connect with an HP agent via phone or online chat and get their help. After checking your invoice, they can easily update your warranty date. To do this, scroll down this page, expand the 'Support' section, click 'Support,' and select "Contact an HP agent for support" on the next page and find contact options
