Hello,

I am writing to complain about a recent experience with customer service. I have called 5 times, have been transferred to multiple different departments and was told my monitor was broken and still under warranty. I was told that i would receive a new monitor. It has been one month and I have not received the monitor or a box to ship my old one back. I was told multiple times that this would be taking place. Very frustrated. Please DO NOT purchase items from HP. This company is a joke. I will be filing complaints with BBB.

Thank you for sharing your experience — we truly understand how frustrating and exhausting it must be to call multiple times, be transferred between departments, and still not receive the replacement monitor you were promised. Waiting for over a month with no updates or return packaging adds to your disappointment, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused.

 

To help you further and make this right, could you please share your case number or product serial number with us?
