I bought a laptop in sale, but when i receive laptop warranty was already began 8 months back. I raised this issue with Flipkart, and they sent technician to validate. When he ran the logs there were Mutiple failures which are 3 years back. I asked for replacement and HP refused. Without informing me they updated the warranty. Selling Used and returned products. Not even supporting the incidents I created. Feels like cheated from Hp.

Why do you think you were cheated by HP and not by the seller who sold you the device?

HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.

 

So the longer the time elapses from assembly date to the purchase date, the less time remains on the warranty.

 

Please contact HP customer service beginning at the link below and submit a support request to have the warranty start and end dates adjusted to the date you purchased the notebook.
