Hello,
I purchased an HP OmniBook X Laptop 14 inch 14-fe0000QU Next Gen AI PC in March (in Australia) this year however it appears that my warranty date is incorrect and has expired. I have tried to dispute this online, but there is no "dispute this" link. Can you please help me to dispute the warranty expiry?

Thanks

Hi:

This forum is a peer to peer forum.

We do not work for or represent HP.

HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.

So the longer the time elapses from assembly date to the purchase date, the less time remains on the warranty.

Please contact HP customer service beginning at the link below and submit a support request to have the warranty start and end dates adjusted to the date you purchased the notebook.

Hello @Paul_Tikkanen,
Thanks for the reply, I understand how the warranty works, but I still need a solution on fixing the start and end dates. I have used the links you provided before writing in this forum and it seems to send me around in circles. Could you please give me instructions on how to submit a support request without having to pay? Or do you know of a support phone number in the UK or a way of speaking to someone directly.

Cheers
