Warranty includes 24/7 support

I bought a three year warranty for a new HP laptop which includes “24x7 technical support”. How can I access this? Is there another phone number or something? When I’ve asked the support agents previously during the normal working hours they insist it doesn’t exist, despite me sending screenshots from the warranty package where it says it’s included. The 24/7 tech support was also the main reason I bought the warranty in the first place!
