Complaint raised about the support staff on HP's WhatApp channel attempting to reject valid warranty claim. 
Nearly 2 weeks on & I cannot get any acknowledgement or response from HP Management. 
Only contact channel HP provides refuses to provide email or phone contacts for complaints (even the Virtual Assistant has been programmed to ignore and not be able to response positively to the word 'complaint' - AI at its worst !!!)

Complete invoice, which contains the serial number of the unit with date of purchase

 

Once I have this information, I’ll make sure it gets the attention it deserves and personally follow up to ensure you're not left waiting any longer.
