I just got my pc back from the svc having a nes OS installed and I am stuck on the Let’s get connected to a network

Most likely whoever reinstalled Windows didn't install the WIFI driver.

 

There are some model WIFI adapters that W11 doesn't have built in drivers for which is why you are in your current dilemma.

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to follow the guidance at the link below to bypass the network requirement by setting up W11 with a local account.

After you get to the Windows desktop you can install the applicable WIFI driver from your notebook's support page.
