Hi @gordon133,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I am sorry to hear that the wireless charging feature on your HP Envy 32 All-in-One has stopped working, I would request you to please follow the below steps should resolve the issue

Restart the PC

  • Shut down the HP Envy 32 completely
  • Unplug the power cable from the wall outlet
  • Wait 60 seconds
  • Plug the power cable back in and power ON the system.

Update BIOS and System Drivers

  • Visit HP Support and enter the system model
  • Download and install:
  • Latest BIOS update
  • Chipset and power management drivers
  • Restart the PC after installation

Run HP Hardware Diagnostics

  • Power OFF the system
  • Power ON and press Esc, then F2
  • Run Component Tests (if wireless charging is listed)
  • Take care and have an amazing day!

Test with Another Device:

  • If possible, test the charging area with another Qi-compatible device to determine if the issue lies with the wireless charger or the original device.

Take care and have an amazing day!
