Hi all, in need help, pls.  I have a HP elitedesk 800 g4sff basic and want to build in a RAID Controler Dawicontrol DC-300e with an own flash bios. (I want to use the NVME for C: OS's and the Dawi-Raid with 2x1TB Raid1 as D:) But the Elitedesk does not reconize the Dawi, neither the flash bios at boot, nor Win10 doesnt find the controller. But controler 100% works, if i testet it in other pc.  Does i have enable/disable something in HP Elitedesk Bios?  Thanks in advance for Tipps!  Regards, Gerd   PS: DC-300e   http://www.dawicontrol.com/html/raid.shtml

Hi, Gerd:

 

It may be possible that you have to enable the RAID storage controller setting in the BIOS.

 

See the service manual, chapter 5, page 75 for the location of the RAID storage controller setting:

 

Maintenance and Service Guide HP EliteDesk 800 G4 SFF Business PC

 

Computer Setup—Advanced> System Options>Configure Storage Controller for RAID
