co pilot button is not working just bought the laptop

i bought the laptop recently my laptop is hp 15 ai pc with co pilot button now the problem is that the co pilot button is not working also when i try to open the co pilot manually its not opening.......

I am sorry to hear that the Co pilot Button is not working on your new device. I would request you to perform the  basic troubleshooting which should fix the issue.

Restart and check settings

• Restart your laptop: This can resolve temporary glitches.

Check Copilot settings:

• Go to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar.
• Find the Copilot toggle and make sure it's turned On.
• If you had to turn it on, restart your PC again. 

Repair or reset the Copilot app 

• Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
• Find "Copilot" in the list and click the three dots (or similar menu) to open Advanced options.
• First, try clicking Repair. If that doesn't work, go back and click Reset.
