Hi @JahirB

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand how inconvenient it feels to see Office 365 on your PC when you already have Office 2019 installed.

You’ve done well to notice this early, and we can carefully remove Office 365 so that only your preferred version remains active. Let’s go step by step:

  1. On your Windows 11 PC, press Windows + I to open Settings.
  2. Select Apps > Installed apps.
  3. Scroll through the list and locate Microsoft Office 365.
  4. Click the three dots next to it and choose Uninstall.
  5. Follow the on‑screen instructions to complete removal.
  6. Restart your PC once the uninstall finishes.
  7. After restart, open any Office 2019 application (like Word or Excel) to confirm it launches correctly.

If you’d like a visual guide, HP provides instructions on uninstalling software here:
Uninstalling Software from Windows (HP Support)

You’ve already taken the right step by checking which version you want to keep. Once Office 365 is removed, Office 2019 should feel smooth and uncluttered, ready for everyday use without interruptions.
