After pairing an HP Docking Station for Laptop Dual Monitor Bundle 5TW10AA / 5TW10UT / 5TW10AA#ABB - HP USB-C Dock G5, HDMI & DP Cable with an HP Laptop 15-fd0153wm and when using display settings to detect dual external monitors, a second external monitor is not being detected and does not display. What is the problem?

I can NOT find the specs of your machine, only

           https://business.walmart.com/ip/HP-15-6-inch-Windows-Laptop-intel-Core-i5-1334U-8GB-RAM-256GB-SSD-Na...

But from page 3 of the manual, it only has  USB 3.2 Type-C® Gen1 port, supports data transfer only. This port is NOT compatible with your HP USB-C G5. You won't be able to connect to EXTERNAL monitor with nor without dock.

Regards.
