The error message according to: https://support.hp.com/cl-es/contact/diag?failureId=9C285T-C48CJF-WPQE2K-61E703&productNo=Y2Z63AV#AB..., indicates that your primary (boot) drive is failing and needs to be replaced:

 

"HP Hard Drive Check has identified a critical system failure that requires attention."

 

and:


"IMPORTANT: The test has detected a problem with the hard drive, and it may need to be replaced. If possible, back up your personal files to a flash drive or external hard drive as soon as possible."
