Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

trying to insta garmin express and hp sure click doesnt let me do that , I write my email and password but still saying incorrect username or password , i tried to find hp sure click in control panel to remove it but is note there ... why even this hp sure click exist for what ? i dont want thant nonses
