Sorry to say but you can't. Laptops hardware cannot be upgraded easily except ram and SSD. It lacks an officially supported CPU for Windows 11 (likely a 5th-gen Intel Core i7 like the i7-5600U). Unofficial Windows 11 installation methods exist but risk blocking security updates and causing compatibility issues. A new Windows 11-compatible laptop provides the only safest, most reliable solution.

Your notebook does support secure boot.

Most likely you have W10 installed in Legacy mode and in order to enable secure boot, Windows needs to be installed in UEFI mode.

You can either reinstall W10 in UEFI mode by booting the installation media from the EFI USB boot source in the boot options menu or watch this video for how to convert the MBR partition table to GPT so you can enable secure boot after the conversion is successful.

If you are interested in doing an in-place upgrade from W10>W11 on your PC as is, watch this video:

How to Install Windows 11 25H2 on Unsupported PCs (New Easiest Method)

I have updated around 10 different HP and Dell PCs that didn't meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 and they all work fine.

They get all of the W11 security and cumulative updates.

I have been running W11 on them since it first came out in 2021.

One notebook I upgraded to W11 that is closest to your model is a HP 350 G1 which has an Intel i3-4005U processor and no TPM 1.2 security device.

I do have secure boot enabled because I had previously installed W10 in UEFI mode but you don't need to have secure boot enabled to run W11 on unsupported hardware.

All you need is a processor that supports SSE 4.2 which all Intel 1st gen and newer core processors support.
