howdy, I was routinely using my laptop that i’ve had for years now, never had an issue. When all of a sudden I just simply closed the laptop… not forcefully, not fast, just normally. out of nowhere the bottom right of the screen just shatters?? I check there was nothing obstructing it or any reason for it to have done that. Taking a closer look.. it even appears that the hinge inside of the screen simply stopped moving on its hinge while the remainder of the laptop continued to close and it shattered itself out of the glass. Thank god the laptop still turns on and works for now so I can save it. It’s now my mind i’ll attach pictures but i’m hoping HP might realize this is some insane catastrophic failure and help me out anyway they can? Anyone got any ideas.
