laptop is crashing with blue screen while gaming and other heavy apps.

and when I discconet the laptop from power he turn off imiditaly.

the laptop is 6 years old and I think I need to replace the battay.

i tried to loop for the laptop and battery model

on the back of the laptop is shows "ap020nr" and also on HP website after putting the SN

but on the hp APPit shows "ap0xx" and Battary model "DG06099".

I will glad for you help.
