Hi @precious234

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I'm really sorry you're facing such a frustrating mix of issues—slow performance, missing Bluetooth, and no internet driver can make your system feel completely stuck.

Let’s walk through a few focused steps to help restore connectivity, speed, and functionality.

Step 1: Restore Internet Driver (Wi-Fi or Ethernet)

If your system lost its internet driver, you’ll need to manually install it using another device:

  • Visit the HP Networking Driver Support Page
  • Enter your exact laptop model (e.g., HP Pavilion 15-eg0xxx)
  • Download the Wireless LAN Driver or Realtek LAN Driver
  • Transfer it to your laptop using a USB drive
  • Install and restart your system

Once installed, your internet connection should return, allowing you to update other components.

Step 2: Fix Missing Bluetooth

If Bluetooth is missing from Device Manager:

  • Visit the HP Bluetooth Troubleshooting Guide
  • Download and install the Bluetooth Driver for your model
  • Restart and check Settings > Bluetooth & devices
  • If still missing, run HP Support Assistant > Network Check to auto-detect missing components

Step 3: Improve System Performance

Slow performance can be caused by background apps, outdated drivers, or storage overload.

  • Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and check CPU and disk usage
  • Uninstall unused apps from Settings > Apps
  • Run Disk Cleanup and delete temporary files
  • Open Settings > System > Storage > Cleanup recommendations
  • Install all available updates from Settings > Windows Update

Step 4: Use HP App for Updates and Diagnostics

Once internet is restored:

  • Download the HP App
  • Open the app and select your device
  • Go to Support > Diagnose & Fix
  • Run the tool to detect missing drivers, slow performance, and Bluetooth issues

Let me know your full HP model number and I’ll help locate the exact drivers you need. Once these steps are complete, your system should feel responsive, connected, and ready to handle your tasks smoothly.
