need HP Power Manager

want to install HP Power Manager, but can't find! i want to use it to set battary charge upper limit to 80% without bois. since bois locked by IT.

Unless you have a higher end HP business class notebook, the HP Power Manager software is not supported for consumer class notebooks and they cannot have the battery charge limit set to 80%.

If your PC's BIOS is locked, the software will not install.

You have to set the power level charge in the BIOS.
