I tried to correct the experation of warranty by sending the request - but everytime sending is not possible due to "problems on the support-website" - Anyone kidding? It is also not possible to talk or chat with anyone exept AI which does not understand or is not programmed to understand. To summarize - no conversation on warranty issues possible although the case is quiet easy: I purchased the laptop in December 2024 an hp says the warranty started in March 2024. Plan or mistake? Nobody there to talk to - it is really a shame... BR, Norbert
