Hi, its been 4months purchased the hp laptop but the offer of headphones were not given by Girias Tiptur.

Could you kindly let me know if you tried contacting your Point of Purchase (POP)  which in this case would be the store, Girias - Tiptur — for assistance on offer redemption?
