HP OmniStudio X 31.5 inch All-in-One Desktop PC 32-c0000 (9T0G1AV)

My PC came back today from HP Repairs, , the stand is damaged and unusable and the back of the stand mount on PC is also damaged, the screen is dull and scratched and looks like it is years old, not 6 weeks old and immaculate as it was went sent off for repair.  The stand has scratches on it,  the bottom silver bevel on PC is not snug  to the screen at one end.  The power cable is either not mine or had end up with scratches all l over it.  The unit just feels and looks dirty. In fact  if it were not for the serial number I would have said it is a not the PC I sent to HP.

I have not tried to turn the PC on so can't confirm if the original issue is fixed or not.

Today calling support line, 4 time as soon as I told the adviser what the issues were the line went dead, it felt that advisers just did not wish to help me..

Needless so say I am not impressed at all. This is now my second PC from HP, in the last coupe of months due to a faut, so no not impressed at all.

Now wating for some to get back to me, when?

Any advice?
