Microsoft Windows 11

When I print, the printout repeats over and over again as if the print roller were dirty while the paper continues to feed. I don't know what to do anymore.

@morea2106, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Repetitive Print Issues on HP Printers!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your printouts are repeating over and over, it might be indicative of an issue with the printer's internal settings or components. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

Check the Print Roller: Ensure that the print roller is clean and free of any debris or ink residue that may be causing the repeated printing. You might need to clean it with a lint-free cloth and distilled water.

Inspect the Paper Path: Make sure that the paper is loaded correctly and that there are no obstructions in the paper path. This might involve removing the print media to check for any jammed paper or particles.

Optimize Printer Settings: Verify the printer settings on your computer. Make sure you're selecting the correct media type and print quality settings that match the type of paper you are using.

Firmware Update: Check for any available firmware updates for your HP printer. Updating the firmware might resolve issues related to printing errors.

Calibrate the Printer: Some printers require regular calibration to ensure accurate print alignment. Follow your printer's manual to recalibrate it properly.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
