Bonsoir,

Désolée je n'arrive pas à sélectionner un plateau ni à renseigner le système d'exploitation.

Donc je le précise ici WINDOWS 11

 

description du problème :

 

J'ai suprrimé une imprimante HP tank 455 de mon tableau de bord support

Je l'ai également supprimée de HP smart

Cependant, elle apparait toujours dans account.hp.com dans la liste des périphériques. Quand je suis sur cette liste, je n'ai pas d'option pour supprimer l'imprimante.

 

J'ai eu l'assistant virtuel qui me conseille de contacter un conseiller HP, mais je ne vois pas comment contacter ce conseiller !

 

Merci de m'aider à supprimer cette imprimante
