That version of the Broadcom Bluetooth is not supported for W10, so there is no W10 driver for it.

 

There's only a W7 driver and I doubt it will work on W10, or W10 would have installed a driver automatically.

The driver does have support for the hardware ID you posted as indicated by this partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file:

 

%Brcm2070USB.DeviceDesc% =BCBTUsbDriverInstallXP, USB\VID_0A5C&Pid_218C ; 2070B1 Gen3 3V02

 

Try manually installing the driver if the auto install method doesn't work.

 

If the above driver doesn't work and you need Bluetooth, you will have to buy a USB Bluetooth adapter.
