this is a long story. i had windows 10. i had a damaged disk. i decided to reset to factory settings and turned off the computer during the reset. i decided to buy an ssd disk, i made an installer on a pendrive and it shows that i need drivers. i connected the old disk to take from it but it doesn't detect it. where to get drivers?

There should be no need to install drivers for Windows to find the drive.

I have a HP 6200 Pro and have run W10 and W11 on it without the need of any additional drivers to get Windows to install.

Use the Microsoft media creation tool to make a bootable W10 installation USB flash drive.

Download Windows 10

The PC only has driver support for up to W7.

There are only 2 drivers that I can think of that you would need that W10 didn't install:

Intel Management Engine Software

sp74499.exe

Realtek High-Definition Audio Driver

sp84848.exe
