We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I'm really sorry to hear about the issues you're encountering with your HP laptop. Here are some steps you can follow to try to resolve the software problems:

Boot into Safe Mode:

  • Restart your computer.
  • Press F8 repeatedly as it boots up.
  • Choose "Safe Mode" from the options.
  • Once in Safe Mode, see if you can manage your user accounts or uninstall problematic software.

Restore to a Previous Point:

  • Go to the Start menu and type "System Restore".
  • Select "Create a restore point" and then "System Restore".
  • Choose a restore point from before the issues started happening and follow the prompts.

Repair Windows Installation:

  • Insert a Windows installation disk or recovery USB.
  • Restart your computer and boot from the disk/USB.
  • Select "Repair your computer" option.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to repair the Windows installation.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
