While changing the OBi302's default password, I also changed the username. Now, when I try to sign in with the custom username and password the sign-in box clears and reappears.

 

Is there a way to fix this without having to factory reset the OBi302? (I'm using it with voip.ms)

Where is changing the username documented? I'm curious if changing that value is supposed to break the browser sign-in, and why.
