For my Obitalk I am trying to se up an Ethernet to wifi point AC1200


I thought I could just Plug in my VoIP box and use the phone/ 

 

not working. Searched and found “manually add IP”

 

i found my OBI IP address by dialing *** or ***1 on my handset.


but it won’t let me Save without subnet mask.

 

what is my subnet mask??

 

Help help please! If Steffan from the UK is still out there hope this finds him! I appreciate any help!

Hi,
HP Inc. community deals with HP Inc. products, such as printing and computing devices.

 

Assuming you refer to an HP WLAN AP AC1200 device, for such communication device I suggest consulting with Hewlett Packard Enterprise  which deals with networking devices, those are different companies following the split made several years ago.

I could not find the subset for Obi - I was already involved in it a year ago and can’t figure out how to reply to someone who was helpful at the time! 

thanks so much for taking the time to write back - honestly you’re right, I have no idea what sprocket is, but there was nothing else in the list that applied!
