We are trying to install our Obi300 for the first time. Every icon is green except for the phone icon that is always off. We tried already with different cables and the result is always the same. What can we do? Thanks.

Are you hearing dial tone with a regular corded phone? Suggest inquiring more with Poly team by sending your info to obi.spsupport@poly.com and obi.support@poly.com. Input that same OBi's 9 digit numbers (located at back at label) in the email subject and explain your issues in email body.
