Since HP has taken over Poly Support I've got my case closed out without anyway of contacting support back, it's been nothing but an endless loop of contact support links within the HP Site.
I've sent in a camera in to Poly for RMA 2 weeks ago & now they tell me its out of warranty which they didn't show it was when they sent me the FedEx label.
It took 2 weeks but I've since got 5 emails that my case is closed so hows that for support.
