@Nanabananna

Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

I understand that you have an HP 7 Tablet and post using the turbo cleaner to clean the display, the display completely changed and the colors are faint except the black background.

I would like to know the following information to assist you better:

  • Are you using the HP Stream 7 Tablet or is it some other HP 7 Tablets series? This link will help you to find the model no: http://hp.care/2bygf7l
  • Are you referring to the Turbo Cleaner - Boost, Clean app?

Meanwhile, I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:

  • Please restart the tablet and check if it brings back the display to normal.
  • If the issue persists then you may perform a Windows Refresh or a Windows Reset. (Refer to page# 32 of the user guide)

I hope this information helps. Keep me posted. Cheers! 🙂
