I asked about being contacted last March....still have yet to be contacted by the appropriate team member.

Hello. I am also having the same problem. The battery exploded on my hp photo smart printer.

Hello. I am also having the same problem. The battery on my hp photosmart printer zeen unit got so expanded that the zeen unit split apart. What can I do. I called HP and was told to buy a new printer.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. 

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. 

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I too had my battery explode in my zeen.  What can i do?
