same thing just happen to me came home the zeen split in too from the battery puffing up like a ballon and pushing the back off it estation c510

The battery in my Zeen has expanded and has separated from the case. How can I get hep for this issue?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I found that my Zeen's battery had burst a couple days ago, splitting open the case and making it impossible to dock the tablet. Imagine my surprise when I tried to get support through this site and was provided a generic message that the C510 printer is no longer under support.
I am just glad the tablet didn't catch fire with my grandchilren in the house.
