@megaMac

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Re: Battery in my Zeen for my e510 exploded

I am trying to get resolution on why my zeen has swelled and the battery has pushed and split my zeen apart. Why has this happened numerous times to so many? Can HP do something about this?

They will contact you about this problem and probably offer a replacement.  They really should recall all these tablets it is a very serious fire hazard.

My Zeen did the similar only the battery swelled and bulged in both directions cracking the screen as well.  It obviously is damaged beyond it being used.

NO, MY ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. This thing could have caught fire.  As I read so many complaints on it there should be a recall.IMG_1953.JPGIMG_1954.JPGIMG_1955.JPG

@jbrinkjr

That is not the escalation team PM (Private Message), but the standard Notification that someone else has added to the thread.  I believe you automatically get subscribed to threads you contribute to (if selected in the My Account settings).

Look for the PM in the top right corner - the little envelope will turn blue, and a number will appear next to it when you have a message waiting.
