Product: Movado Bold App powered by HP
Operating System: Android 4.4 - 4.4.4 KitKat

Hello all

 

I just purchased a Movado Bold Connect 2 watch which is engineered by HP.  It requires the Movado Bokd app to be downloaded from Google Play.  I did this and it will not let me register.   The app keeps showing that an unrexpected error has occurred please try again.  So I tried this with my Androud and Apple with no luck.  I know it's not the phone and must be the App.  Would appreciate any help.  Thank you
