Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

My HP 10 G2 tablet battery drains too fast even though I’m not using it at all. When I go to the battery usage the power used for tablet idle will be at 149% or higher. Can anyone help me please?

The battery life of your HP tablet varies depending on the applications running in the background, the network reception, screen brightness, and other factors.
