And no it didn't work nor did completely reinstalling the OS from HP Support

Hi Barachiel,

 

I have not had any contact from HP as you mention. The HP website does not give me anyway to contact HP or lodge a complaint without subscribing to a support package costing me money. 

My tablet is still broken as described to you by Kev8. 

Can you tell me your ombudsman and your address please?

If this is not resolved immediately I will be forced to send you a small court summonds.
