How can I access files on OneDrive from HP Smart App for Android.? It only offers Google Drive

When I try to access files on OneDrive from HP Smart App it ony offers up Google Drive and I can find no way to include OneDrive. I can also not find a User Guide for the app. Is this a beta release?

There is no option to access one drive from HP smart app on android.

Thanks for the info but that's appalling news.

Why is HP hopelessly limiting the usefulness of the HP Smart App?

Will it be upgraded soon to include OneDrive or in fact any data source you care to add?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

 I have the exact same concern. It seems like it’s been an issue for several years. I just bought an HP printer and I’m very concerned to see that it will not work with OneDrive. Please advise.

Remember: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Also, mentioned which OS you've got the printer connected to? If it's an iOS or iPad OS device, here's what you need to know:

The Print with HP Smart option on the Share menu does not work with OneDrive documents and photos. Use one of the following methods to print from OneDrive with an iOS or iPadOS device.

• From a file icon: Tap the Menu icon , tap Open in another app, and then tap Copy to HP Smart.

• From an open document or photo: Tap the Share icon , tap Send File, and then tap Copy to HP Smart.

• Using another app: Tap the Menu icon , and then tap Print to print directly from OneDrive.
