Product: Micro usb to hdmi/vga

Hey,

 

So i bought this micro usb to hdmi/vga adapter (http://store.hp.com/UKStore/Merch/Product.aspx?id=K2P81AA&opt=&sel=DEF).

 

I conneted my samsung galaxy tab 4.10.1 and samsung phones (s3 mini/s4/s5 and J5) to multiple pc-monitors (vga and hdmi) and to my tv screens (vga and hdmi)but nothing happens.

 

 

Any idea how this adaptor works?

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

 

I understand that you are unable to use the  HP Micro USB to HDMI/VGA Adapter with your Andriod devices and TV. Will be glad to assist you. 

Have you tried the adapter with any Windows mobile device?

 

The adapter only supports HP Pro Slate 8 and HP Pro Slate 12. Click here. 

For any service options, please contact our phone support for assistance. 

 

Please follow the procedure mentioned below to contact our phone support. 

  • Open link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
  • Enter Product number or select to auto detects
  • Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
  • Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number.
