When sending a document from my cell-phone with Android using HP Smart app I always get the information "printing terminated". When sending request such as printerstatus from my phone everything works normal. No idea how to solve this problem. Automatic assistant has no solution.

@PrHuschke, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I see that you're unable to print from your android device. Follow the steps below and see if that helps-
Restart the printer, router, and mobile device
Restart the printer, Wi-Fi router, and phone or tablet to clear certain network and hardware error states. Check if the printer becomes available after restarting each device.
-
Turn the printer off, and then turn it on again.
-
Disconnect the power cable from the router, wait ten seconds, reconnect the cable, and then wait for the Internet connection to complete.
-
Turn your phone or tablet off, and then turn it on again.
Check printing settings and status on the Android device
Make sure printing is enabled and clear the print spooler.
-
On your Android device, tap Settings , tap Connected devices or Connections, and then tap Printing.
-
Confirm HP Print Service is listed and the status is On. Tap Add service if the service is not listed to install it.
-
Return to the Settings, and then select Apps or Applications.
-
Select Show System Apps from the More menu .
-
Select Print Spooler, or tap Storage, and then select Print Spooler.
-
Tap Clear Data or Force Stop.
-
Restart the device.
Also, check for any updates on your android device.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Unfortunately it didn't work. Sending system messages such as printerstatus are performed as expected. Just printing of documents gives the reply on the printer"printing stopped" and on my phone "printing not possible".
I hope you have a solution.
Best regards
Peter
