I have a hp deskjet 3752 printer. I am trying to connect to network using the hp smart app and a computer  but it is requiring a username and password.  Is there a way to reset the printer to default..i already tried holding wifi and cancel which didnt help and I have tried different username password combos which also failed.it would be login for EWS
