Product: HP Pro Slate 12
Operating System: Android 5.1 Lollipop

Apps keep optimising over and over again at start up have tried all the usual steps, even taken battery out and unhooked motherboard, my husband used to own a computer company now retired so has a fair idea, put it back together still the same. It must be a software problem, but how can we get round it when we can't get past the start up screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated, we cannot get it to the point where we can wipe it clean, it just starts and optimizes, 149 apps and I have no idea where all those have come from.
