USB ports not working correctly.

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I connected my android phone to my computer via data cable, I cant transfer data through computer and phone. It's only charging. But pen drive, mouse and other all drivers are working correctly.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

  • Is it an Android phone or iOS device?
  • Have you tried with other Phones?
  • Are you getting any notification to select Media or storage device when the USB cable is connected to the phone?
  • Have you enable mass storage on the phone?
